Group Psychotherapy
Sometimes, there is truly strength in numbers. Group therapy can be a wonderful way of learning coping skills in a social context, including strategies that have been effective for others. Groups often provide a unique peer support system for people who share similar experiences or are managing similarly stressful situations.
Groups are not running continuously; rather, they are formed when there is enough interest/need in my client population or the community. Past group topics include dementia caregiver support, depression, anxiety, and grief. To inquire about a possible group, please fill out this form.
